Q: Why are you a birthworker?
A: You often hear it takes a village to be a parent, but not everyone comes equipped with their own support system. I feel it is important to create safe spaces for parents to ask for help while making sure that help is truly accessible.
Q: What are some of your other passions?
A: Evolving as a person and parent, building deeper connections with friends, hiking/camping, and volleyball.
Q: What's one piece of advice you'd like to share with expecting parents?
A: Plan for postpartum! It is ok to feel multiple feelings at once about parenthood, especially the newborn phase. Mindful rest does not always mean sleep.
Q: What's one baby item you recommend to everyone?
A: A meal train/meap prep plan
Q: Is there a motto or philosophy that guides your life?
A: There is strength in asking for help.
Q: What is something we wouldn’t know by looking at you?
A: I have an extensive sneaker collection.
Q: If you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life, which would you choose?
A: Sade - The Best of Sade
